The Thoracic Spine is located in the mid to upper portions of the back. The vertebrae within this section of the spine are unlike others. Spanning outward, the thoracic vertebrae provide the ability to bend and touch our toes. Most are connected to your rib cage, which holds extreme importance and limited mobility.
